Michael Barbagallo, President and Principal Analyst, has worked more than 20 years in customer service industries and has direct and practical work experience in almost all areas of contact centers and custome service, including agent management, business optimization, workforce management, customer service training, and technology selection. From 2007 to 2009, he was a Senior Analyst for Contact Centers at Current Analysis, providing actionable and competitive analysis to contact center and workforce management solution vendors. Prior to Current Analysis, he held various contact center management positions with The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, Fannie Mae, Apollo Health Street, SER Solutions (now part of Siemens Enterprise Communications), and Loudoun County Public Schools. He holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics Education from West Virginia University.
